Purpose:
Yarrowitch Hall and Recreation Reserve Land Managers will enhance the Community Hall facilities to support emergency and operational response agencies in times of disaster. This will also lead to increased community engagement and use of the facility through the running of events and community activities. This will be achieved through much needed floor repair and finishing of the hall flooring, partial internal painting, installation of a permanent external barbeque, purchase of a zero turn mower suitable to keep the grounds in a well maintained and safe condition. This will correct many of the issues experienced by the NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS), State Emergency Services (SES) and Australia Defence Force & Blazeaid during the fires.
