2024 Re-Engineering Australia (REA) F1 National Final
Purpose:
During STEM club students learned and developed STEM and industry skills with the support of teachers and industry mentors. This is our first time competing in a National STEM Final for F1s - huge kudos. It gives students real industry experience and an opportunity to showcase their skills. During the week long competition, the team (4 girls) will demonstrate their skills and overcome challenges in: marketing, engineering, design engineering, presentations and race/time trials. On returning, the girls will act as mentors and STEM role models in school. Additionally, they hope to continue with STEM activities and work with industry mentors to promote STEM within the school and community.
