Purpose:
The project will install four new diesel storage tanks of nominal 25ML capacity each (100ML additional), within a dedicated bund and with supply pipelines to enable rapid ship unloading at Kwinana Bulk Jetty (KBJ4). The new terminal (STT4) will connect to Coogees existing three road tanker loading gantries and diesel rail tanker gantries and has access to the BP refinery terminal and jetties. The project will increase the diesel storage capacity on an open access agreement, thereby enhancing fuel import economics.
