Purpose:
Establishing the ISC RFP-AP at the Australian Academy of Science (AAS) will enable Australia to leverage its standing as a science leader and provide a platform to promote and drive Australias scientific expertise and research leadership. The program initiative will deliver co-designed knowledge and capacity building programs that are organised around three pillars: knowledge generation; capacity building; and science communication. The AAS will advance regional neighbours engagement with Australia, the ISC, and other international bodies and provide Australia with access to global and regional scientific and knowledge leaders, high-level officials, and other networks which can directly support policy development.
