The project proposes to expand diesel storage capacity at Quantems existing industry fuels terminal in Pelican Point, South Australia. The project will design, build and operate three new 27,000 cubic metres of diesel storage tanks for importing diesel into the South Australian fuels market. The new diesel storage facilities will be open access to industry participants for lease on long term storage agreements.
