Purpose:
This project will remove the existing damaged aircraft parking apron surface and replace the base and chip seal on the apron and taxiway at the Mitchell Aerodrome to create a safe all weather surface suitable for 24–hour use. This will enhance pilot and passenger safety and access for all users, especially for essential services such as aeromedical and other emergency services in the region.
