Purpose:
F1 in Schools is a worldwide STEM competition that requires students to design and build a miniature F1 racing car powered by CO2 culminating in the presentation of all the research and data to a panel of industry judges. This event covers all disciplines of STEM, finance, project management and marketing components. The students use engineering and enterprise skills to fund, promote their team and STEM to the wider student and local community. Our team is the NSW State Champion and has won many engineering and enterprise awards (at Regional, State and National Finals) and now have the opportunity to compete in the World Finals representing Team Australia as part of intrastate collaboration.
