Purpose:
The Menangle Community Hall project will construct a new state-of-the-art modern building. The existing Hall is unusable due to significant structural damage and will be demolished. The community hall will comfortably accommodate 132-150 guests, incorporating 242 sqm of fully enclosed area including stage & storage area, spacious hall, kitchenette, box office & entry foyer. As well as 63 sqm of unenclosed covered areas; verandas, covered entry way, courtyard and ramp.
The new facility will support the activities of this close-knit community, be visually appealing in a prominent position in the town, improve community connectedness and have a flexible layout allowing for changing Community needs.
