Purpose:
Through its project, Capital Brewing Co Pty Ltd, located in Canberra, ACT, will automate its manual processes through the implementation of a range of new systems including an automated can filling and quality assurance system, an automated clean–in–place system, an industrial chilling system, an automated brewhouse, an automated keg wash and fill line equipment. As a result of this project it will increase production, improve efficiency and create 25 new jobs in its business.
