Purpose:
To prepare for the 21st century challenge, 30 students in year 5–7 at Edenhope College will design, build, and program the robot. They will learn about the current applications of robotics in the industries and occupational services and think about the future of robotics. They will participate in a relevant and real–world robotic competition to solve problems faced by the community and the industry. Teacher will participate in onsite and or virtual professional learning session to be experienced and confident to implement the program. A seven–week skill development program will be implemented for students with different Lego sets. A competition day event will be held for the school community to showcase the student skills and creativity.
