Purpose:
This project is to build the manufacturing capability for the production of post-mix alcoholic seltzers, making a variety of flavours available through a single dispense system, whilst reducing the significant environmental cost of using kegs. Through this project, Moon Dog will modify the facility, purchase and install ten 40,000 litre fermentation vessels, integrate a Fermecraft automation system and PLC automation from Siemens, and purchase other supporting brewing equipment such as sugar system dosing pumps, flavour ingredient dosing pumps, dosing holding tanks, cleaning in place return pump.
