Purpose:
The Break ODay Council (the Council) will build a new multi-purpose indoor recreation facility to meet current use and community aspirations for health and wellbeing activities. We will partner with the Fingal Valley Neighbourhood House who currently facilitate the use of an existing community gym on the site. The new facility will have full functionality as an evacuation centre to meet the needs of the community and surrounds in an emergency, particularly in the event of a concurrent health crisis or pandemic.
