Purpose:
The Science Experience at the University of Adelaide is a three day event aimed at students who both enjoy Science and are considering it as a career in the future. Cummins is a remote town in South Australia and The Science Experience is an opportunity for these students to engage in University and city life. Is also allows these students to be involved in using University equipment not available to them at a remote school. They will be presented with information around careers which are available to help them make more informed choices in subjects for years 11 and 12. Students will fly to Adelaide and live in University accommodation. They will attend the University for the three days engaging in STEM subjects.
