Purpose:
The Nambucca Valley Koala Conservation Project aims to enhance and increase koala habitat within the Nambucca Valley. This project will undertake weed control to improve the quality of available koala habitat. New wildlife corridors will be established to allow koalas to move safely through the landscape, and vegetation gaps within areas of key koala habitat will have in-fill plantings to improve the quality and connectivity of available koala habitat.
