SIXTY: The Journal of Australian Ceramics 60th Anniversary 1962–2022
Purpose:
Australian Design Centre and The Australian Ceramics Association have partnered to produce an ADC On Tour national touring exhibition of Australian contemporary ceramics. This project celebrates the 60th anniversary of The Journal of Australian Ceramics, presenting the history of ceramics in Australia, acknowledging the achievements of generations of artists and contributing to their professional development.
The exhibition will tour to 16 regional galleries and include a monograph, digital and education material. With interest in ceramics continuing to grow nationally and internationally this is a highly anticipated project for regional audiences.
