Purpose:
The current Wunderlich Terracotta roof requires replacing as it has de-glazed and has premature fretting and cracking causing it to leak into the premises. The condition of the roof impacts all areas of club operations. Deterioration has occurred over time and causes areas of the Club's interior ceilings in the main entrance, main bar and lounge, dining, gaming spaces to leak and plaster board warping. The replacement of the roof includes the provision of new metal roofing and sarking to provide a safe environment for the Club's members, visitors and the local community and essential services in times of crisis.
