Purpose:
To provide upgraded facilities to encourage the new sporting activities which in turn will provide opportunities for strengthening the quality of life in the region by attracting businesses and employees in addition to those in the township by encouraging sporting teams to visit and in turn provide a vehicle for social inclusion.
