Purpose:
F1 in Schools National Finals 2023 is a STEM challenge competition bringing together the best teams from around Australia. Nine Trinity Grammar Schools students have formed 2 teams called Aurora and Xenon to design and manufacture a fast air powered model F1 car to strict specifications. The program inspires students to excel in STEM application and skill development which will benefit the students whilst studying and Australia when they graduate. The team will be judged on their cars performance, trade pit display, multimedia and verbal presentation, engineering, CAD/CAM, specifications and manufacturing tolerances, innovation, and marketing.
