This project will provide one tennis court with a multi-purpose surface which would enable the court to be ready for use at anytime by anyone in Kingstown and the surrounding villages. The second tennis court would still be operational but dependent on volunteers to maintain the preparation for playing tennis, watering, rolling and marking the court before it is ready for use.
