Purpose:
This project will construct new drainage structures to divert water flows away from the runway, taxiway and apron and reduce water flows to mitigate the erosion of the runway strips at the Milingimbi Airport. This project will enhance pilot and passenger safety and access for all users, especially for essential services such as aeromedical and other emergency services in the region.
