Purpose:
The focus of the St Josephs Scienceworks Museum activity is to offer STEM opportunities to inspire all students to build their skills and capabilities in STEM. When at Scienceworks the students will engage in two Museum staff-led interactive STEM sessions, an allocated time for exploration of Scienceworks exhibits and two Museum staff-led STEM learning workshops: Robotics and Engineering. All students will engage in hands-on experience with expert qualified guidance of the Scienceworks museum staff and discover limitless STEM innovations in their self directed explorations of the Museum. The workshops will enrich the STEM skills and capabilities of our young students opening their minds to the possible career's paths in STEM.
