2024 Re-Engineering Australia (REA) SUBS in Schools National Final
Purpose:
Over the past two years we have started a STEM club students learned and developed STEM and industry skills with the support of teachers and industry mentors. In our first time competing at this level, we are excited to go to a National Final, it gives students real industry experience and an opportunity to showcase their skills. During the week-long competition, the team will demonstrate their skills and overcome challenges in; marketing, engineering, design engineering, presentations, sea trials of their RoV (submarine). On returning, they will act as mentors and STEM role models in school, assisting with younger students entering the STEM field as well as exploring new avenues for STEM projects across the school.
