Purpose:
Vale View State School has fostered STEM interest through six years of participation in RoboCup Junior regional competitions. These events, intertwined with our weekly robotics workshops, benefit students and provide professional growth for teachers. The program significantly enhances STEM success, particularly for our large body of participating girls, preparing them for future STEM roles. Despite our aspiration for maximum student participation in the National competition, our outdated robotics equipment jeopardizes our future involvement. The equipment has been discontinued and at the end of its operational life, we urgently seek assistance to ensure our rural students can seize this incredible national opportunity.
