Purpose:
The Nurture Project offers access to targeted, high quality career guidance and Life Skills development for young people (15 -24 years) who are disadvantaged and/or disengaged from education, training, or employment. Nurture is an established working farm which operates as a social venture. It offers access to a practical learning and work experience environment, coupled with intensive Individual and group support and career pathway guidance. The overall objective of the project is to reduce welfare dependency, build resilience, and promote lifelong health and wellbeing.
