Purpose:
This project will establish a local led economic and social recovery and resilience program to build stronger South Burnett communities. Investment for a series of priority projects and a small grants program will support recovery and resilience needs within the South Burnett region. Through targeted investment this project will achieve the intended outcomes of:
1. A recovering South Burnett community that is more resilient to the impact of future bushfires and other natural hazards.
2. A local economy supporting the emotional, social, economic and physical well-being recovery needs of the South Burnett Community to build community resilience and capability.
