Purpose:
Pedal Prix Racing is a program for all schools, and community groups as it provides the students with real-life experiences which they can take with them when they leave school and get into industry. These skills are the STEM skills relevant to the engineering area in the partial construction, running and competing in a human powered vehicle. We aim to supply students who have participated in the event at a school level and wish to remain in the sport and to benefit from the engineering component that is a part of Pedal Prix Racing. Our aim is to keep students within the sport and provide an opportunity for STEM skills that could be utilised in the workforce.
