Port Kembla Diesel Storage Project
Purpose:
This project will construct a diesel storage terminal for the importation, storage and distribution of diesel products at the strategic regional port of Port Kembla. The project is the first phase of the Port Kembla Bulk Liquids Terminal which will comprise 145ML of fuel storage of which 73ML will be diesel. The project will deliver 4 x 18ML combustible fuel storage tanks, Marine Loading Arms for ships up to LR2 size, truck loading and connections to the future dual pipelines to South West Sydney & Western Sydney Airport.
The terminal will be an open access facility to encourage supply chain diversity and improve supply competitiveness.
