National Health Call Centre Network – National Coronavirus Helpline
The purpose of this grant is to continue the National Emergency Response Service to deliver a national helpline providing clinical triage and health related information to Australian citizens specifically in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19). The National Coronavirus Helpline (the Helpline) will be supported by digital services such as a specific symptom checker tool and specialised web content. It contributes to the achievement of the Primary Care Development Program.
