Hospital to Home Program
The purpose of the Hospital to Home Program is to provide targeted support to women and families following stillbirth, neonatal death or sudden infant death.
This grant opportunity will provide funding to Red Nose Australia to administer the Hospital to Home Program, which aims to reduce the likelihood of complications with grief that can lead to mental health issues, poor productivity and other lifelong issues for women and families that experience this loss.
