Description:

The MH17 Family Support Package supports families of Australian MH17 victims’ Next of Kin to travel to the Netherlands to observe or participate in the Dutch National Prosecution of four individuals for their alleged roles in the downing of Flight MH17.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the grant you must be the Next of Kin of an Australian MH17 victim, seeking to participate in, or observe, the proceedings. This includes: partners, children, parents, siblings, step-parents, step-siblings and other family relationships. 

Grant Activity Timeframe:

1 July 2022 – 30 June 2023 

Estimated Grant Value (AUD):

From $4,500.00 to $6,100.00

To apply under the revised MH17 Family Support Package guidelines for travel period 4, you must complete a claim form what will be available from Services Australia’s website, provide all the information requested, meet all eligibility criteria, include all necessary attachments, and submit your application to Services Australia by 11:59pm AEST 25/08/2022.
