Description:
The Partners in the Community Program Grant Round NSW LAC supports the NDIS to deliver Local Area Coordination Services in defined Service Areas as part of the PITC Program.
The NDIA is seeking Applicants who will build on existing relationships, voluntary and community action enabling people with disability to gain the benefits of community membership.
