* This grant opportunity was formerly known as GO4265 which was published between 27 August 2020 to 30 June 2022.

The purpose of this grant opportunity is to provide CHSP providers with an opportunity to submit ad-hoc proposals to enable them to respond to unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, address gaps in service delivery and trial and implement new and innovative service delivery models in the 2022-24 financial years.

Important Notice: The Department wishes to advise that this Grant Opportunity will close on 30 June 2024. The cut-off date for applications for non-emergency applications is brought forward from 30 April 2024 to 22 March 2024. High numbers of applications mean the Grant funding is over-subscribed. The Department will consider Ad hoc applications received before cut-off. Applications for ‘unforeseen and exceptional circumstances’ can still be submitted between 22 March and 30 June 2024. To be eligible, you must have an executed Whole of Government grant agreement with the Commonwealth to deliver CHSP services that is due to expire on 30 June 2024.
