Description:

The Leaders in Indigenous Nursing and Midwifery Education Network (LINMEN) Grant Opportunity aims to continue the collaborative peer support network, LINMEN, established by the Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives (CATSINaM).

The purpose of LINMEN is to:

* support nursing and midwifery educators to provide the highest quality education and training on cultural safety and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, history and culture;

* contribute to graduating nurses and midwives who are better prepared to provide culturally safe health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; and

* Support the recruitment and retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nurses and midwives.
