Description:

The purpose of the grant opportunity is to enhance the Healthy Habits tool and associated education and training resources for GPs to support Australian adults to achieve a healthy lifestyle through physical activity, better nutrition and adequate sleep.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to apply you must be the organisation listed in Section 4.1 of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines.

Total Amount Available (AUD):

$1,000,000.00
