Description:

The purpose of the CHART program is to promote domestic tourism into regional and remote parts of Australia to assist community cultural, heritage, and arts organisations to recover from the impacts of COVID-19. These organisations include community museums, galleries and historical societies. The program will support these organisations to continue to offer appealing cultural tourism experiences to visitors, which in turn will enhance local expenditure.

This grant is for the Australian Museums and Galleries Association (AMaGA) to administer the Culture, Heritage and Arts Regional Tourism (CHART) program on behalf of the Australian Government. The purpose of the CHART program 

Eligibility:

The Department provides funding to AMaGA under a grant agreement.

Total Amount Available (AUD):

$3,586,000.00
