Australian Rural Leadership Program
The Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) grant opportunity aims to develop and promote leadership with a focus on regional, rural and remote Australia and to produce a network of informed, capable and ethical leaders who work collaboratively to advise the interests of their industries, businesses, communities and rural Australia in general.
The ARLP is a 15-month program, delivered by the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation (ARLF) over multiple sessions. Five sessions are in locations across Australia and one takes place overseas.
There are approximately 30-35 participants in each course cohort. Since 2003, the Australian Government has sponsored 19 ARLP participants, all but one being either a health professional or working in a position related to rural and remote health.
Participation is funded through scholarships from organisations including corporate, philanthropic, industry and government.
This grant opportunity will support two participants per Scholarship Course for Courses 29, 30 and 31.
As this is a closed non-competitive grant opportunity, only the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation Limited (ABN: 80 056 874 787) is eligible to receive this grant.
