Description:

The Australian Government is inviting applications via a restricted process to deliver services under the National Early Childhood Program for Children with Disability or Developmental Concerns (NECP) - ‘Online information and resources for parents, families and carers of young children with disability or developmental concerns’ grant opportunity.

This grant opportunity will support the Raising Children Network to maintain existing online information and resources, and where necessary, develop new content regarding disability and developmental concerns of young children (aged 0-8 years). This grant activity will deliver evidence-based, family-focused content that is relevant to young children with disability, or developmental concerns. The grant opportunity will cover the early years and early stages of disability or developmental concern, but should be flexible to address information needs before a concern is raised, while awaiting further advice or while seeking a diagnosis.

This grant opportunity will provide free of charge information and resources that are easy to access and navigate, accessible in its presentation and usability and provided in a range of other languages, where possible.

The activity will also promote other activities that will be delivered under the NECP, and will promote the Disability Gateway to ensure users are easily able to access relevant supports and services.
