This grant opportunity provides a funding contribution for Heart of Australia to operate five mobile specialist health clinics in Queensland for four years from 2022-23 to 2025-26. The grant aims to improve the capacity, quality and mix of the health services in rural and remote Queensland and ensure continuity of care for those communities using existing Heart of Australia mobile health clinics.
