Emergency Support in Doomadgee, Normanton and Mornington Island
This Grant Opportunity is to provide one-off emergency funding to ensure that aged care services are maintained to aged care recipients in Doomadgee, Normanton and Mornington Island.
The intended outcome of the grant funding is to support the delivery of safe and quality aged care service delivery to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
This grant opportunity will provide urgent funding to support the provision of high quality, culturally safe nursing and care support to care recipients close to their home and or community – “on Country”.
The funding is essential to ensuring continuity of aged care services in unforeseen circumstances and providing safe, ongoing aged care services atDoomadgee, Normanton and Mornington Island.
This is a closed non-competitive grant opportunity. The only eligible organisation is North and West Remote Health Limited (as listed in Section 3.1 of the attached Grant Opportunity Guidelines).
