Description:

The Australian Government is inviting organisations via a restricted process to apply to deliver services under the First Action Priorities Fund – Healthy Masculinities Trial and Evaluation (Healthy MaTE) from May 2024 to 2026.

The Healthy MaTE grant opportunity will provide $2.95 million (GST and indexation exclusive) over 3 years (2023–24 to 2025–26) to design and trial healthy masculinities activities targeting school aged boys. Funding has also been allocated to engage an external evaluator.

The Healthy MaTE grant opportunity will fund one or multiple organisations to deliver these activities. A primary intent of the Healthy MaTE grant opportunity is to trial and evaluate the activities chosen, in order to establish evidence for what interventions work in practice to inform future activities in this area.
