Rare Disease Grant - Awareness and Education
The purpose of the grant opportunity is to facilitate the development and delivery of rare disease awareness and education resources and services, including the development and maintenance of a national rare disease digital platform. The grant opportunity aims to increase awareness of rare diseases and improve access to information, education and resources for people living with a rare disease, their families and carers, health professionals, researchers and the wider population.
