Impact Community Health Centre Refurbishment
The purpose of the grant is to provide funding to refurbish the facilities at Impact Community Health Centre, a primary health care service for Agnes Water and Seventeen Seventy. It contributes to the Primary Health Care and Coordination program.

The eligible organisation (Impact Community Services) has been assessed to have:
- capability to deliver the grant activities
- existing infrastructure and relationships to support the grant activities
- experience and capability to deliver the grant objectives and outcomes, and
- demonstrated value for money1 in delivering outcomes in the current market.
The department has deemed Impact Community Services (IHC) as the only eligible organisation for this grant opportunity as the funds are being delivered to this organisation, for refurbishments at the IHC, Agnes Water for current and critical needs for the delivery of services.
