This Grant Opportunity is to provide one-off emergency funding to ensure that aged care services are maintained to aged care recipients at the Wami Kata Old Folks Home, Port Augusta SA.

The intended outcome of the grant funding is to support the delivery of safe and quality aged care service delivery to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

This grant opportunity will fund the replacement of the nurse call system, installation of a new telephone system, installation of new cabling and supply and installation of new computers. The work is essential to ensuring continuity of aged care services and to mitigate serious risk to care recipients.

This is a closed non-competitive grant opportunity. The only eligible organisation is Wami Kata Old Folks Home Inc (as listed in Section 3.1 of the attached Grant Opportunity Guidelines).
