Transition Funding for a NATSIFAC Program Service Provider in the Lower Gulf of Carpentaria
The grant opportunity is to support continuity of culturally safe aged care services through a considered and orderly transition period at the following three aged care services:
• Ngooderi House, Doomadgee, Queensland;
• Kuba Natha Hostel, Mornington Island, Queensland; and
• Kukatja Place, Normanton, Queensland.
The objective of the grant opportunity is:
• to support Selectability Limited to provide quality, culturally safe aged care services and undertake urgent maintenance and upgrades at the three aged care facilities.
The intended outcome of the grant opportunity is:
• to ensure continued access and delivery of high quality, culturally safe aged care to vulnerable First Nations Elders in the Lower Gulf of Carpentaria, Queensland.
