Description:

The purpose of the grant opportunity is to provide the polio community with targeted information about the late effects of polio within Australia. 

These sessions, led by a health professional, will provide an opportunity for people to meet fellow polio survivors, share their experiences, learn from each other, gain an understanding of self-management strategies, and learn about the appropriate health professionals to work with, and strategies to optimise health professional engagement.

For this grant opportunity, up to $0.4 million (GST exclusive) is available over three years from 2021-22 to 2023-24.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to apply you must be the organisation listed in Section 4.1 of the draft Grant Opportunity Guidelines.
