Commonwealth Home Support Programme - Innovation Funding - Stage Two
This is the second stage of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) Innovation Funding grant opportunity.
Organisations who applied through the CHSP Innovation Funding – Stage One Expression of Interest (EOI) who have been shortlisted are now being invited to apply for funding available in Stage Two.
As this is a Targeted - Competitive grant opportunity, you are not eligible to apply if you are not an organisation specified in Section 4.1 of the CHSP - Innovation Funding - Stage Two - Grant Opportunity Guidelines.

Applications are to be submitted via email at: aged_care_grant@health.gov.au by 2:00pm Canberra local time, 9 August 2019.
The application submitted in CHSP Innovation Funding Stage Two must be for the same project and by the same organisation that was shortlisted under the CHSP Innovation Funding - Stage One EOI process.
