Primary Health Networks Program Primary Mental Health Care Funding
The objective of this grant opportunity is to enhance and better integrate First Nations mental health services, that are culturally appropriate and safe, at a local level facilitating a joined-up approach with other closely connected services including social and emotional wellbeing, suicide prevention and alcohol and other drug services.
Indigenous Australians Health Programme funding is being provided through the Primary Health Networks (PHN) Program under this grant opportunity.

Grants under the PHN Program are limited to existing PHNs only. This is in keeping with the intent of the program to provide a national network of regional organisations that commission and integrate services at the local level to address identified needs and provide support and system level integration for health services to improve coordination of care for patients.
