Purpose:
Womens Health West is one of Victorias only organisations that provides services and programs that encompass the family violence continuum; from primary prevention to early intervention and response. Our work has actively contributed to improving the health, safety and wellbeing of women and their children in the Western metropolitan region of Melbourne since 1988. We provide a range of early intervention and response services for women and children who are experiencing family violence. We also run programs that are focussed on promoting positive health and wellbeing among our communities, and reducing inequities that limit the lives of women and girls.
