One of our major operating costs is power consumption, the owner of building refuses to install solar, looking to identify and action any possibilities to reduce energy consumption and costs. Initial audit to identify overall opportunities, followed by a replacement of existing external florescent lights then a replacement of old window box air conditioning units.
