Purpose:
Our building is used by several organisations throughout the year which involves in total around 5000 people. Our current facility has evaporative cooling which is causing major damage from the town water supply. The need for costly ongoing maintenance is required. We recently installed solar panels therefor the use of split system air conditioners in our building will be more cost effective in the long run, not to mention more pleasant. As a community all community groups benefit from the facility and will donate sufficient funds to see the project come to fruition. We believe during Covid19 this placed enormous pressure on our small communities mental; and physical health and having somewhere pleasant and inviting for those to meet is vitally important.
